Terms of Service

Klozt is a wardrobe assistant made by Tobin Labs, Ireland ("we", "us"). You photograph the clothes you own; Klozt catalogues them, suggests outfits for the occasion and weather, and checks items you see in shops against what you already have. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be 16 or older. Keep your sign-in details safe — you're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; give us accurate information.

Cataloguing your wardrobe is free and unhurried — your trial doesn't start at sign-up. Once your closet reaches the readiness threshold shown in the app, a 30-day full-access trial begins automatically: outfit suggestions, shop checks, everything.

If the trial ends and you haven't subscribed, your wardrobe is never deleted or held hostage — it stays visible to you, read-only, until you subscribe or delete your account. Reasonable fair-use limits apply before the trial starts (they exist to prevent abuse, and you're unlikely to ever notice them).

Klozt Pro costs €9.99/month or €79.99/year, including VAT where applicable, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account page; you keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, and after that your wardrobe remains yours, read-only.

Changed your mind?If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, email us and we'll refund it in full. By subscribing you ask us to start the service immediately; this refund promise stands in place of, and is no less generous than, your statutory cooling-off right. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

If we ever change prices, the new price applies from your next renewal and we'll tell you in advance.

Your photos and wardrobe data are yours. You give us the limited licence we need to host and process them to provide the service — including AI processing as described in the Privacy Policy. Only upload photos you have the right to use, and don't upload content that's unlawful or that includes other people without their agreement.

Suggestions, tags and shop-check verdicts are generated by AI from your own wardrobe. They're honest, uninfluenced by advertisers — and not guarantees. Colours and item details can be imperfect; purchase decisions are yours. Klozt is a stylist, not an oracle.

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to overload it, work around limits, scrape it, reverse-engineer it, resell it, or use it for anything unlawful. Klozt is for personal use.

We improve Klozt continuously and features may change. If we make a change that materially reduces what you're paying for, we'll tell you in advance and you can cancel with a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period.

You can stop using Klozt or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms; where reasonable, we'll warn you first. Klozt, its brand and its code remain the property of Tobin Labs.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, and nothing reduces your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you're a consumer elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protections of your home country's law.
